These all speak to the remembering, the nourishment which comes from the recognizing that the "Font of Immortality" springs from within- does not come to be known from without; the depths to dig to allow these pure waters to flow forth.....to act without attachment to the fruits of the labor....etc.
I used to write in a similar style in my early 20s; foundational stones that the "structure" is built upon....as it goes with many things in life, but as an example, having "six pack abs"- not very challenging to obtain, but to maintain and develop for the duration of life: that is where the strength resides. Endurance, maintenance; much to say about this, in tandem with the integration of the feminine as well. Very well structured, my friend- the stones make the house, but what makes the home...?

I typically write “reflections” in the morning as a form of meditation, right before or right after physical training of some kind
